On Demand?
Content on Demand is a web-to-print marketing tool that allows you,
the user, to design collateral materials on demand. Documents are
customized specifically with the desired product or services over
the Internet and then personalized with the recipient's information
creating a one-to-one marketing piece.
You have three options

- Web Inquiry Fulfillment - Internet
Based
Users fill out a Web form, submit their information and within
minutes a personalized marketing piece is emailed as a PDF attachment.
The same document can be printed and mailed. User information
can be collected in a database format that can be utilized for
other marketing projects.
- Corporate Resource Center - Intranet
Based
Through a secure site, internal sales, marketing, and customer
service associates can access collateral templates for sending
a customized brochure(s) personalized to each prospect. A contact
address book option will allow the user to personalize the collateral
piece, which can be printed and mailed or sent as an email attachment.
- Co-Branding - Extranet Based
Through a secure site, channel partners (distributors, resellers)
have access to a company's branded marketing collateral templates.
Partners can customize the document with their logo, address and
specific information. This allows the company to maintain the
integrity of their brand image identity by controlling the standards
of use locally, and at the same time, provide partners with a
