Rather than sending your invoice data to your own printer, e-mail a file to our secure FTP site or send a computer tape to Source4. Using your pre-approved template, FormuBill seamlessly merges your data into a custom format to be processed and printed on high quality, high-speed laser printers. Each statement is then neatly folded, inserted, and mailed to your customers.

• Eleven-digit barcodes in strict compliance with U.S. postal requirements, processed through postal database software to ensure accuracy and potentially reduce your postage costs.
• Your choice of remittance barcodes or OCR text.

• FormuBill automatically sends a fax confirmation upon receipt of your data for your timely verification.
